Cheap Heat is to be made by a group of Providence-based filmmakers that share a mission of helping grow the Rhode Island film industry and invest in the abundance of local talent the state has to offer.

This film is to be made in conjunction with Providence-based 501c(3) Legacy Collective RI to provide paid job opportunities and educational opportunities to their Alumni Pool and beginner-level members.
